Weekend Review

First of all, no baby news from the weekend! I hope you had a great weekend and first day of JUNE! After the loooooong winter I feel like this spring is going by way tooo fast. Despite still being huge, not spending the weekend in the hospital definitely had a few advantages. N had his last t-ball game. It was supposed to be Thursday night, we rushed there, had dinner in the car (yuck), got to the field and it poured, thundered and then the lightening eventually postponed the game to Saturday morning (and I'm sure I was a sight - a 40 week preggo trying to walk half a mile as fast as possible in the pouring rain). T was supposed to have his soccer party celebration Friday night, but it was postponed to Sunday for weather as well. The little girl being a few more days late really worked in my favor (minus we had some friends visit who had planned on meeting her Saturday).

We celebrated KC's due date with some sparkling cider.

N finished tball with a great game! Only 5 players showed up on our team (just as a reference the other team had 8 coaches!) so we lost, but the boys played so well (and only lost by 5 runs). We were really proud of him!

Sunday morning the boys were driving us crazy! This is definitely something new and makes me a little nervous about the summer. Our plan of attack is to get them out of the house, so it was a picnic breakfast at the lake again (it works like a charm). The boys thought it was hilarious to see the crane and turtle standing together like old friends, and then the crane ate 2 fish. It was gross and amazing at the same time. 

T's soccer party ended the weekend. It was a great party. There was so much to do, but all the kids adored this rope swing. We left with two very tired and whiny boys (which always means the weekend was a success).
