After an amazing week off from school, we headed into a great Easter weekend. We were up early to prepare for N's performance as Peter in the kindergarten Easter drama at church. He was wonderful and remembered his lines (all two of them).
Following the production there were baby animals on the green (in the rain). The egg hunt was moved inside so we skipped that part and had the animals all to ourselves.
After a busy morning we spent the afternoon playing at home while the rain poured down. Sunday we were up bright an early again for Easter goodies and to head to church.
We taught T's Sunday School class. Easter is one of our favorite days to teach. The kids all look adorable, we take flowers to the cross and have tons of music. It is such a wonderful morning.
We headed home to family for a special lunch and egg hunt.
And bubbles were fun too.
We were all in bed early. I was exhausted and I know the boys were too. It was a wonderful weekend.
